Survey: "Drinking Behaviour, Water Quality and Access to Water in the Partner Countries Schools"
The survey looks at health data (obesity, fillings, etc) and the drinking behaviours of children and adolescents in the project partner countries (Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom).
There is also an overview of the quality of drinking water and the availability of clean drinking water in early years settings and schools.

The EU Action Plan on Childhood Obesity 2014-2020 was launched in February 2014. The overarching goal of this action plan is to contribute to halting the rise in overweight and obesity in children and young people by 2020.

The concept of water footprint
The water footprint of an individual, community or business is defined as the total volume of fresh water used to produce the goods and services consumed by the individual or community or produced by the business. Water use is measured in water volume consumed (evaporated) and/or polluted per unit of time.
