Tips for teachers and parents
Sometimes it can be difficult to encourage children to drink tap water. Some children don't like the taste of tap water, or find it boring. When teaching new things, fun and creativity are always your biggest helpers.
Here are some fun ways to encourage children to drink more water:

Make ice of different shapes and colours and prepare a rainbow party! You can use natural colours, natural juices and herbs to add colour and aroma. If you freeze water in balloons, you can make ice balls. You can also add fruits and flowers inside the ice.
